After lathering up in a warm shower, do a 30 second blast of cold water! Once the initial shock wears off, you will feel more invigorated as blood flows away from the surface of your body toward your core to try and conserve heat. Taking a dip in the water like swimming in a sea or just a pool is so relaxing. I always like the calmness of taking a dip whether it's cold or not. I leave all my stress behind and a good way to meditate too. Not only your brain benefits, but also the muscles. I feel so energized after that and my mindset is clear. A true enjoyable, simple thing that will make you feel so good in this chaotic world.
