When people started practicing personal hygiene over one hundred years ago, the life expectancy rate rose by over 50%! I believe the quality of life could rise dramatically if we began to practice emotional hygiene. Can you imagine what the world would be like if there was less loneliness and less depression? If people knew how to overcome failure? If they felt better about themselves and more empowered? If they felt happier and more fulfilled? If we all change a few simple habits and make getting a brain checkup a priority the same way we make getting our liver or heart checked every year, the world would be a much less violent, much more tolerant society. Our brain is an organ no different than our kidneys, practice emotional hygiene and check yours out today by seeing a specialist in the function of the brain. Ask your friends who they see, find someone you are comfortable with and see them at least once a year for a check up. Start living the life of greatness we were all meant to live. Who knows, maybe the life expectancy rate will rise again!
