How to do a One Day Cleanse

The primary function of a one day cleanse is just that, to cleanse the body.  Most people find, however, the the program leaves them feeling emotionally and mentally clearer.  During this day you need to drink at least one to two litres of hot water to aid in the removal of toxins.  The daily meal plan is as follows:

Breakfast-before 7 a.m. and to consist of stewed fruit such as apples, prunes and dates with cinnamon, cardamon and fresh root ginger in any combination.  Consume warm.

Hot herbal tea throughout the day between meals will help the elimination process and ease hunger pains.

Lunch-between noon and 1 p.m.  Large bowl of Peya soup or clear vegetable broth.  One piece of dry toast if hunger is still present.

Mid-afternoon-3 p.m.  1 cup of warm water with 2 teaspoons of honey if hungry.  One piece of dry toast can also be eaten slowly.

Dinner-more soup with one piece of dry toast if very hungry.
No more food to be consumed until the next morning.  The day following your cleanse avoid hard cheese, red meat and alcohol.

There you have it!  Easy peasy!!  Message me if you would like more information and recipe about Peya Soup.
