Which one are you? Do you know the signs and symptoms of each? Over the next few weeks we will explore what it means to be a human BEING and the pitfalls of a becoming a human DOING. Each week there will be a very brief definition of one of the signs of what it is to be in the "doing" mode versus the "being" mode. The first sign that you are in the "doing" mode is that you place judgement on what you believe you "should" have done or what "should" have happened. You spend time wondering if you've said or done the right thing. Non-judgement is the place of "being". Not measuring what happens or has happened against what should be happening or should have happened. "Should" thinking has no place here. Next week we will look at how self-criticism keeps you from living in the moment.
